HAUSENGEL SL, tax ID B57789596. Port de Palos, 2 bajos, 07670 Portocolom, Illes Balears, Spain. Privacy contact: hola@hausengel.es.

Data we request

Our contact form asks for your name, email address and message; your phone number is optional. We also receive the language, referring page and acknowledgement that you have read this notice. Do not include sensitive information or unnecessary third-party data.

Purposes and legal bases

We respond to enquiries and service requests and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal: pre-contractual steps at your request under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Technical security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service, Article 6(1)(f). Optional third-party content requires consent under Article 6(1)(a) and cookie rules. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Recipients and providers

The website is hosted by Host-Fusion. The hola@hausengel.es mailbox is managed through Microsoft 365, independently of the hosting provider. AWS processes the form in Stockholm and Amazon SES delivers enquiries; Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated requests. These providers participate according to their services and applicable terms. We do not sell your data. Disclosures required by law will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Reviews and external services

If you allow reviews, your browser connects to Trustindex and the resources used by its widget. Providers receive technical data such as IP address, browser and the page visited. Legacy pages with Vimeo or Google Calendar require separate permission for each service. Google and WhatsApp links open only when you choose to follow them, under those providers’ policies.

International transfers

Some external providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Optional content remains blocked until you allow it. Provider policies are linked in the cookie policy.

Retention

We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and provide follow-up. We review closed enquiries annually and delete those that have been closed for more than 12 months without a resulting contract or pending follow-up, unless retention is necessary to meet legal obligations or handle claims. If a contract is entered into, the relevant retention periods apply. Where appropriate, data is blocked to address legal liabilities. Cookie preferences are remembered for 180 days.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing hola@hausengel.es. Withdraw optional-content permission at any time in “Cookie preferences”, without affecting prior lawful processing. If identification is needed, we will request only what is necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.

Automated decisions and security

This website makes no automated decisions with legal effects and builds no advertising profiles. The form uses validation and abuse prevention measures.

Form security: AWS and Cloudflare Turnstile

The form uses an AWS function in Stockholm to process enquiries and Amazon SES to deliver them to hola@hausengel.es. Cloudflare Turnstile starts when you open or use the form to check for automated requests; it receives technical connection and browser data. Your message and contact details are not sent to Cloudflare’s verification API. This check is not used for advertising and Cloudflare pre-clearance is disabled. Enquiries are not sent if verification fails.

Anti-abuse counters contain an identifier derived from the IP address and time windows, without the message. They are marked to expire after 48 hours; automatic deletion may take longer. See the Turnstile privacy information.

Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4

Website usage is processed with Google Analytics 4 only with your consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie preferences. Google receives technical and browsing data to produce statistics. Withdrawal stops future measurement but does not automatically erase previously sent data.
